Recovery Coaching is designed to help your body recover from the demands of work, training, and everyday life. These sessions combine guided assisted stretching, self-myofascial release techniques, mobility work, and recovery strategies to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and support healthy movement without the need for a full massage treatment.

You'll also learn practical techniques you can use at home to improve recovery, reduce muscle tension, and maintain the progress you've made through massage or Movement Integration sessions.
