We are located in a lower level office to the foot surgery office behind Scott Family Orthodontics. Facing the C building, to the left of the front of the building, there is a white outdoor structure with a sign showing C-2 and an arrow that points to a set of stairs. Follow the outdoor staircase down past the patio area to the lower level entrance. Have a seat in the shared waiting room for your scheduled appointment.
