Your Corrective Exercise (CE) Prehab training is booked as a follow-up to your wellness consultation. Based on the results and goals set during the consultation, this service may include training focused on stretching and mobility, corrective exercises, assisted stretching, sports massage, or a combination of these.
What is Corrective Exercise?
Corrective Exercise is a systematic method for identifying and addressing movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances to improve movement quality and reduce the risk of injury. It involves assessing movement patterns, pinpointing weaknesses, and prescribing specific exercises. This approach is effective for individuals with old joint injuries, those looking to enhance sports or gym performance, and for alleviating chronic pain.
What is Prehab?
Prehab is a proactive approach to injury prevention. It incorporates strengthening, stretching, balance, and aerobic activities to improve overall fitness. By addressing any underlying deficits, prehab helps you maintain a higher level of function by strengthening common injury sites and improving stability and reducing the risk of getting hurt due to muscle imbalances.

$125.00 …….Package includes: (1) 30min Wellness Consultation, (2) Corrective Exercise Prehab trainings. Consultation must be booked first, with each appointment scheduled on separate days.
CE Prehab Package #2
$215.00 …….Package includes: (1) 30min Wellness Consultation, (2) 30min Corrective Exercise Prehab trainings, and (2) 30min Assisted Stretch Sessions. Consultations must be scheduled in advance, with each appointment on separate days. Training and stretch sessions can be combined into a 60-minute appointment.
